高职教育领域中不断出现了各种各样的教学模式,但是,对英语教学模式的探究却一直不够完善。职业能力是人们仅从某种职业所需要的能力,这个能力一般是综合的.分为职业特定能力、行业通用能力和职业核心能力。拥有一定得职业能力是将某种职业工作顺利并且良好完成的必要条件。通常,拥有职业能力的方式是进行培训,培训的好坏与培训人的教学模式息息相关。教学模式是进行课程整体构架的关键参考,因此进行基于职业能力培养的高职英语教学模式探索与实践是十分必要的。笔者将在文章对如何进行基于职业能力培养的高职英语教学模式探索与实践进行探讨,希望对教育者有所帮助。
There are various teaching modes in higher vocational education. However, the exploration of English teaching mode has not been perfect enough. Occupational ability is the ability people only need from a job, this ability is generally comprehensive.It is divided into occupation-specific ability, industry-wide ability and professional core competencies. Possession of professional competence is a necessary condition for the successful and well completion of a profession. Often, vocational skills are trained in ways that are relevant to the trainer’s teaching model. Teaching mode is the key reference for the overall framework of the course, so it is necessary to carry out the exploration and practice of the vocational English teaching mode based on vocational ability cultivation. The author will explore how to carry out the exploration and practice of vocational English teaching mode based on vocational ability cultivation in the article, hoping to help educators.
