新一轮课程改革“立足过程,促进发展”的课程评价,不仅是评价体系的变革,更重要的是评价理念、评价方法与手段以及评价实施过程的转变。新课程强调建立促进学生发展、教师不断提高和不断发展的评价体系,在综合评价的基础上,更关注个体的进步和多方面的发展潜能。新课程倡导成长记录袋、学习日记、情景测验等质性的评价方法,强调建立多元主体共同参与的评价制度,重视评价的激励和改进功能。
