本文对流动注射分析-电感耦合等离子体-原子发射光谱测定法(FIA-ICP-AES)中的工作参数进行了优化。在采样体积60微升,载液流速0.4毫升/分,分析速率60小时~(-1)时,对人血清中Na、Ca、Mg、Cu进行了直接多元素测定。并且对工作曲线法、常规标准加入法、FIA合并带标准加入法和FIA内插标准加入法的分析结果进行了比较和讨论,结果表明,本法具有无需进行任何化学预处理、分析速度快、操作方便、准确度高及所需试样量少等优点,适用于化学组成广泛变化的生物流体的分析,可望在临床分析中获得应用。
In this paper, the working parameters in flow injection analysis-inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry (FIA-ICP-AES) have been optimized. In the sample volume of 60 microliters, the carrier liquid flow rate of 0.4 ml / min, the analysis rate of 60 hours -1, the human serum of Na, Ca, Mg, Cu direct multi-element determination. The results of the analysis of working curve method, normal standard addition method, FIA combined standard addition method and FIA interpolation standard addition method are compared and discussed. The results show that this method has the advantages of without any chemical pretreatment, fast analysis, Easy operation, high accuracy and the required sample amount less advantages for a wide range of chemical composition of the biological fluid analysis, is expected to be applied in clinical analysis.
