解放牌B型在用车的技术改造,已列为国家“六五”期间重点推广项目之一。从各地的经验来看,对解放牌B型车四大件(汽缸盖、凸轮轴、化油器、进排气歧管)进行技术改造,花钱不多,用材较省,节油显著。为此,省计划经济委员会下达了对B型车改造任务的通知。重点对全省尚未进行技术改造约七千辆左右的B型车要加快改车进度,争取一九八四年基本改造完。但这些B型车主要分布在地方和机关企事业运输单位。为了取得好中求快,除了加强领导,建立临时改车办公室等组织措施外,现就有关改造中的技术问题,提出以下意见,供参考:
