1Cr13钢包埋粉末渗硼的性能研究

研究了1Cr13钢在不同渗硼温度下保温5 h对渗硼层组织和性能的影响。用扫描电镜观察了1Cr13钢渗硼后的断面形貌;用XRD分析了渗硼层的物相;用纳米压痕仪测量了渗硼层的硬度。结果表明:渗硼层不呈现梳齿形状,当渗硼温度较高时,渗硼层中明显存在疏松、孔洞;渗硼层由Fe2B相构成;在不同温度下保温5 h,渗硼层深度和硬度都随温度的升高而增加;渗硼层与基体结合良好。 The effect of 5h incubation at 1Cr13 steel on the microstructure and properties of boronizing layer was studied. The cross-sectional morphology of 1Cr13 steel after boronizing was observed by scanning electron microscope. The phase of boronizing layer was analyzed by XRD. The hardness of boronizing layer was measured by nanoindenter. The results show that the boronizing layer does not show a comb tooth shape. When the boronizing temperature is high, there are obviously loose pores and holes in the boronizing layer. The boronizing layer is composed of Fe2B phase. At different temperatures for 5 h, the boronizing layer depth And hardness increase with the increase of temperature; Boronizing layer and the substrate with a good combination.
