当前,工伤保险制度不断完善和发展,在保障劳动者工伤权益,分散用人单位风险,维护社会稳定方面发挥了很大作用。但在实际工作中,随着工伤保险覆盖面的扩大和工作的进一步深入,工伤保险政策的一些不周之处慢慢显露出来。比如,缴费费率档次太少,划分粗略笼统,参保单位风险与缴费费率没有直接挂钩,权利与义务失衡等,这些都在一定程度上直接影响了工伤保险的健康发展。
At present, the continuous improvement and development of the industrial injury insurance system has played a significant role in safeguarding workers’ injury rights, diversifying the risk of employing units and maintaining social stability. However, in practical work, with the expansion of work-related injury insurance coverage and the further work, some unfavorable aspects of the work-injury insurance policy have slowly emerged. For example, there are too few premium rates, broad generalization, no link between insured unit risks and contribution rates, unbalanced rights and obligations, and so on, all of which have a direct impact on the healthy development of industrial injury insurance.
