对企业而言,拥有高素质的复合型人才是保障企业核心竞争力的必备条件。全面提高广大职工的自身素质是企业发展的根本需要,而如何提高女职工的自身素质.更是企业需要不断探索和实践的课题。提高女职工的综合素质,是企业发展的需要。涤纶事业部现有职工2683名,其中女职工979名,占职工总数的36.49%,大部分女职工在生产第一线,她们的工作与企业的发展密切相关。而女职工自身素质的高低,已成为影响其发挥作用的主要因素,并影响着企业发展的进程。
For enterprises, having high-quality compound talents is the prerequisite for guaranteeing their core competitiveness. To improve the quality of workers is an essential requirement for the development of enterprises and how to improve the quality of women workers is the subject that enterprises need to constantly explore and practice. To improve the overall quality of female workers is the need of enterprise development. Polyester Division has 2683 employees, of whom 979 are female workers, accounting for 36.49% of the total number of employees. Most of the female workers are in the first production line and their work is closely related to the development of the enterprise. The quality of women workers themselves has become a major factor affecting their performance, and affect the process of enterprise development.
