First, the question raised What are the primary and secondary school teachers doing eight hours outside? How to put their amateur effort? Amateur effort and school type, teacher gender, age, living environment, as a class teacher, teaching disciplines, family structure, etc. No connection? These are issues that deserve serious study and are of the utmost importance to us. As educational administration and school administrators, not only should we master the situation of teachers in schools, but also should understand the situation of teachers’ off-campus. In this way, we can make realistic decisions and strengthen the management of schools.
