党和国家十分重视计算机知识的普及教育,原国家教委于1994年开始实施全国计算机等级考试,各大专院校也把计算机知识和应用能力视为当代大学生知识结构的重要组成部分,对非计算机专业的理工科大学生要求至少达到“计算机等级考试二级”水平。我认为:中专学校也应该以此目标培养学生,尽快完善中专计算机教学,调整教学结构,适应形势与任务的需要。一、普通中专计算机教学现状受传统教学模式影响,目前,普通中专计算机教学结构存在着许多不合理现象,较严重地影响了教学质量和学生动手能力的培养。主要有以下几点表现:

The original State Education Commission began to implement the National Computer Rank Examination in 1994. All colleges and universities also regard computer knowledge and application ability as an important part of the contemporary university students’ knowledge structure. The science and engineering undergraduates require at least the “second level” of the “Computer Rank Examination”. I think: secondary school should also cultivate students with this goal, improve secondary school computer teaching as soon as possible, adjust the teaching structure, and adapt to the needs of the situation and tasks. First, the status of ordinary secondary school computer teaching is affected by the traditional teaching model. At present, there are many unreasonable phenomena in the teaching structure of ordinary secondary school computer, which seriously affects the quality of teaching and the cultivation of students’ hands-on ability. The main performances are as follows:
