当前,在建立现代企业制度的过程中,一些地区、一些企业和一些部门职工群众的思想政治工作出现了“软化、弱化、退化、淡化”的倾向,思想政治工作失去了应有的地位,工作机构和工作人员出现了“拆、并、减”的现象,部分群众中出现的思想问题和情绪波动少人问津。这在一定程度上阻碍了经济建设和改革开放的深入发展,甚至影响到社会的安定团结,应该引起我们的高度重视。新时期职工群众的思想政治工作必须要有正确的认识定位
