目的 建立高效液相色谱法测定鼻腔洗剂Ⅱ号中氢化可的松含量的方法。方法 采用高效液相色谱法。IntersilC18分析色谱柱 (4.6mmID× 2 5 0mm ,粒径 5 μm) ,流动相为甲醇 -水 (70∶30 ) ,流速 0 .8ml/min ,检测波长 2 4 5nm。 结果 氢化可的松与其相邻峰的分离度大于 1.5 ,理论板数为 6 5 0 0 ,线性回归方程Y =0 .2 312 +0 .0 0 0 0 0 0 6 139X ,r=0 .9999,线性范围 2 5~2 0 0 μg·ml-1,平均回收率为 10 0 .4 % ,RSD为 0 .72 %。结论 用高效液相色谱法测定鼻腔洗剂Ⅱ号中氢化可的松含量 ,操作简便 ,结果准确。

Results hydrocortisone and its adjacent peak resolution greater than 1.5, the number of theoretical plates 6 5 0 0, the linear regression equation Y = 0.2 312 +0. 0 0 0 0 0 0 6 139X, r = 0 .9999 , The linear range of 25 ~ 200 μg · ml-1, the average recovery was 10.4%, RSD was 0.72%. Conclusion The method of HPLC for the determination of hydrocortisone in nasal lotion Ⅱ is simple and easy to operate with accurate results.
