现代麻醉学已成为一门研究临床麻醉、重症监测治疗、复苏急救和疼痛机理诊治的综合性学科,麻醉医师已出现在医院和很多场所。麻醉人员通过医疗、教学、科研工作,不断充实麻醉学的内容,提高临床麻醉工作水平。 为适应现代医学的需要,麻醉科的组织结构须相应改变。根据我国的国情,由于全国各级医院的等级、经济条件、综合技术水平及麻醉科的自身基础很不平衡,但都应努力使麻醉科的组织结构逐步健全完善。健全的麻醉科结构应由麻醉科门诊、临床麻醉、麻醉恢复室、麻醉重症监测治疗病房、疼痛治疗病房及麻醉实验室等组成,否则就不能称之为二级学科一级临床科室。根据国内外文献报道,现将麻醉科的组织建设、任务做一简述。 Modern anesthesiology has become a comprehensive discipline for the study of clinical anesthesia, severe monitoring and treatment, resuscitation first aid and pain mechanism diagnosis. Anesthesiologists have appeared in hospitals and many places. The anesthesiologists continuously enriched the content of anesthesiology and improved the clinical anesthesia work level through medical treatment, teaching, and research work. In order to meet the needs of modern medicine, the organizational structure of the anesthesiology department must be changed accordingly. According to China’s national conditions, because the level, economic conditions, comprehensive technical level, and the self-foundation of anesthesiology at all levels of hospitals across the country are not balanced, efforts should be made to gradually improve the organizational structure of the anesthesiology department. A sound anesthesia department structure should be composed of anesthesiology clinics, clinical anesthesia, anesthesia recovery room, anesthesia critical care treatment wards, pain treatment wards and anaesthesia laboratories, otherwise it can not be called a two-subject first-level clinical department. According to domestic and foreign literature reports, the organization and tasks of the anesthesiology department are briefly described.
