学生天性喜欢运动,运动是学生生命的内在价值诉求。只有符合学生运动天性需要的生活才是属于学生的真正生活。这种生活是保证学生运动习惯形成的唯一方法。学生体质下降和体育习惯难形成的主要原因是学生的体育生活异化、体育教育物化。提出应积极倡导学校体育生活化教学。在具体实施方面,提出学校体育生活化教学的实施模式为自主松散模式、高结构化选项走班教学模式、低结构化选项走班教学模式等。这些措施可改善学校体育现状、促进体育回归学生生活、提高学生体质、培养学生体育习惯。
Students like nature sports, exercise is the intrinsic value of student life demands. Only life in line with the needs of student sports life belongs to the real life of students. This kind of life is the only way to ensure the formation of students’ exercise habits. Students decline in physical fitness and sports is difficult to form the main reason is the dissatisfaction of students’ physical education, physical education materialized. It is suggested that we should actively advocate the teaching of physical education in school. In the concrete implementation aspect, it is put forward that the implementation mode of life-style teaching in school physical education is self-contained loose mode, high structured option walking teaching mode and low structured option walking teaching mode. These measures can improve the status quo in school physical education, promote sports return to student life, improve students ’physical fitness and cultivate students’ sports habits.
