目的:分析路径化健康教育对高原地区糖尿病患者干预效果。方法:回顾性分析2011年5月—2012年12月来我科就诊的糖尿病患者120例,随机分成路径组和传统组,传统组和路径组健康教育的内容一致,但路径组的健康教育方法为路径化方式,传统组的健康教育方式是集中方式。结果:路径组的糖尿病知识知晓率,胰岛素注射技术掌握和治疗护理依从性的提升与传统组比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:路径化健康教育是一种有效的教育方式,可有效提高对疾病的干预效果。
Objective: To analyze the intervention effect of pathized health education on diabetics in plateau area. Methods: A retrospective analysis of 120 cases of diabetic patients treated in our department from May 2011 to December 2012 were randomly divided into the pathological group and the traditional group. The contents of health education in the traditional group and the pathological group were the same, but the path group health education method For the path of the way, the traditional group of health education is a centralized way. Results: There was a significant difference (P <0.05) between diabetic group awareness of pathology and control of insulin injection and treatment compliance. Conclusion: Pathological health education is an effective way of education, which can effectively improve the effect of disease intervention.
