目的了解集中空调通风系统清洗前后空调送风卫生质量和清洗队伍的清洗效果。方法随机抽取广州市某大厦3套集中空调通风系统,每套系统选取3个送风口进行空调送风中可吸入颗粒物(PM10)和送风中微生物指标进行检测。于集中空调通风系统清洗前(2007年12月26日)和清洗后第7天(2008年1月7日)分别采样1次。结果清洗后,集中空调通风系统送风中样本超标率高于清洗前,超标率由清洗前的11.1%上升至77.8%(P<0.05)。送风中污染物浓度升高,PM10的均值由清洗前的0.051mg/m3上升为0.083mg/m3,细菌总数、真菌总数的中位数分别由清洗前的150和13cfu/m3上升至570和110 cfu/m3。清洗前后空调送风中均未检出β-溶血性链球菌,结论清洗后的空调送风卫生质量差于清洗前,与集中空调通风系统只清洗未消毒以及空调清洗队伍清洗过程不规范有关,应切实加强对空调清洗队伍的监管以及清洗效果的监测。
Objective To understand the hygienic quality of air-conditioning air supply before and after air-conditioning ventilation system cleaning and the cleaning effect of the cleaning team. Methods Three sets of centralized air conditioning and ventilation systems were randomly selected from a building in Guangzhou City. Three ventilation outlets were selected for each system to detect PM10 and airborne microorganisms. Before centralized cleaning of air conditioning and ventilation system (December 26, 2007) and cleaning after the first 7 days (January 7, 2008) were sampled 1 time. Results After cleaning, the over-standard rate of samples in the ventilation of centralized air-conditioning ventilation system was higher than that before cleaning, and the exceeding standard rate increased from 11.1% before cleaning to 77.8% (P <0.05). The average concentration of PM10 increased from 0.051mg / m3 before washing to 0.083mg / m3. The total number of bacteria and the total number of fungi increased from 570 and 13cfu / m3 before cleaning to 570 and 110 cfu / m3. Hemolytic streptococcus was not detected in the air-conditioning air before and after cleaning. Conclusion The hygienic quality of the air-conditioning air after cleaning was poorer than that before the cleaning, which was related to the non-standardization of cleaning and disinfection of the air conditioning ventilation system and the cleaning process of the air-conditioning cleaning team, The supervision of air-conditioning cleaning teams and the monitoring of cleaning effects should be strengthened.
