目的建立本实验室检测亚硝盐中毒者呕吐物中亚硝酸盐测量不确定度评估方法,以便在中毒事件的实验室诊断中应用。方法以测定方法的定量计算式为基础建立测量不确定度评估的数学模型,以影响测定结果的各环节因素为不确定度分量的来源,通过测量不确定度分量的合成,获得测量不确定度。结果建立了亚硝盐中毒标本的实验室定量检测结果的准确、科学表达的程序。结论给出了中毒者呕吐物中亚硝酸盐测量不确定度评估的示列。评定程序简便易操作、适宜基层检测机构实验室人员应用。
Objective To establish an evaluation method for the uncertainty of measurement of nitrite in vomit of nitrite poisoning laboratory in order to make it suitable for the laboratory diagnosis of poisoning. Methods Based on the quantitative calculation method of measurement method, a mathematical model of evaluation of measurement uncertainty was established. The factors affecting the measurement results were the sources of uncertainty components. The measurement uncertainty components were obtained by measuring the uncertainty of measurement . Results The accurate and scientific expression program of quantitative detection of nitrite poisoning in laboratory was established. Conclusion The evaluation of the uncertainty of nitrite measurement in poisoned vomit is given. Evaluation procedures are simple and easy to operate, suitable for grassroots testing laboratory personnel.
