Plasma bicarbonate ion (HCO 3 -), traditionally called carbon dioxide binding (CO 2 -CP) determination, is an important indicator to judge the acid-base balance disorder in clinical patients. In the 1950s, CO 2 -CP was measured using the classical classical method, the Vanslyke gas analyzer. 60 acid-base titration plasma HCO_3 ~ - Advent, popular so far. The traditional method for the determination of serum HCO 3 ~ - is acid-base titration. It is the recommended method by WHO and is also the recommended method in China’s “Clinical Laboratory Procedures”. It is widely used in general clinical laboratories. However, the method of reagent instability, and the end is not easy to observe
