本院曾收治一例多发性骨髓瘤,用化疗,放疗后症状基本消失。X线观察随访12年,骨骼病变稳定。国内尚未见这样长期随访病例,特报告于下。患者尤×,男,27岁,因左胸壁包块4月余,于1965年11月入院。开始为指尖大小包块、无红肿、微痛。之后包块逐渐长大,痛疼加重,体重减轻。查体:营养发育尚好,左胸壁第7、8肋间锁 This hospital has received a case of multiple myeloma, with chemotherapy, radiotherapy symptoms disappeared.
