荧光量子效率是表示物质荧光性质的重要参数,它可以衡量一个化合物将吸收的光能转变为荧光的能力。吖啶酮类化合物分子含有大环共轭体系,一般具有较强的荧光性能,被广泛应用于合成荧光试剂。本文拟利用紫外可见分光光度计、荧光分光光度计测量几种吖啶酮类衍生物在乙醇溶液中的荧光发射光谱,从而计算荧光量子效率,对几种吖啶酮类衍生物的荧光性能进行初步判断,并将实验结果与文献报道的已测得的部分化合物的荧光量子数值进行比较,对实验方法的准确性进行评价。
Fluorescence Quantum efficiency is an important parameter that indicates the fluorescent properties of a substance. It measures the ability of a compound to convert absorbed light into fluorescence. Acridone compounds containing macrocyclic conjugated molecules, generally have strong fluorescence properties, is widely used in the synthesis of fluorescent reagents. This article intends to use UV-visible spectrophotometer, fluorescence spectrophotometer to measure several acridone derivatives in ethanol solution of fluorescence emission spectra, thus calculating the fluorescence quantum efficiency, fluorescence properties of several acridone derivatives Preliminary judgment was made and the experimental results were compared with the fluorescence quantum numbers of some compounds reported in the literature to evaluate the accuracy of the experimental method.
