福州地区广泛分布着压缩性非常高的淤泥.由于它的存在,房屋的安全、质量与造价都受到严重的影响。如何正确设计淤泥地基已经成为房屋建筑工程中最突出的问题。 本文根据福州市淤泥地基上十多座房屋的沉降观测、变形情况的调查以及一些室外试验资料,对福州淤泥的变形特征特别是影响变形的因素进行了分析讨论。在此基础上,对地基基础的设计工作提出了一些建议,并从工程效果与经济方面,对福州地区目前常用的四种处理方法——桩基、砂垫层、宽基浅埋与片筏基础进行了比较与讨论,从理论上阐明了在福州淤泥地区的地质条件下,宽基浅埋的方法应当较砂垫层优先考虑。
The highly compressible silt is widely distributed in the Fuzhou area. Because of its existence, the safety, quality, and cost of housing have been severely affected. How to correctly design the silt foundation has become the most prominent problem in the housing construction project. Based on the settlement observation and deformation investigation of more than a dozen houses on the silt foundation in Fuzhou City and some outdoor test data, this paper analyzes and discusses the deformation characteristics of Fuzhou silt, especially the factors that affect deformation. Based on this, some suggestions were put forward for the design work of foundations, and from the aspects of engineering effects and economics, the four commonly used treatment methods in the Fuzhou area - pile foundations, sand cushions, shallow foundations with wide bases and lamellae. The basics were compared and discussed, and it was theoretically clarified that under the geological conditions of the Fuzhou silt area, the shallow-buried wide-basis method should be given priority over the sand cushion.
