格·马·克尔日扎诺夫斯基于1872年生于萨马拉(现在的古比雪夫城),1894年毕业于彼得堡工艺学院。他是俄国第一批马克思主义者,是列宁的亲密朋友和战友,是俄国第一座烧泥煤区域性发电站的倡议者和建设者,他历任俄罗斯国家电气化委员会主席、国家计划委员会第一任主席、燃料工业人民委员会电业总局局长、苏联科学院副院长、科学院动力研究所创办人和领导人,他是苏联社会主义电气化创始人之一。
Gelma Krzhanovs was born in Samara (now Gübüchev City) in 1872 and graduated from the Petersburg Institute of Technology in 1894. He was the first Marxist in Russia, a close friend and comrade of Lenin, the proponent and builder of Russia’s first peat-burning regional power station. He was the chairman of the Russian National Electrification Commission and the first of the National Planning Commission. Chairman, Director of the General Administration of Electricity of the People’s Committee of the Fuel Industry, Deputy President of the Soviet Academy of Sciences, founder and leader of the Academy of Sciences Institute of Power, he is one of the founders of the Soviet Socialist Electrification.
