随着课程改革的深入,传统的课程管理概念已逐渐被课程领导这一术语所代替。特别是基于校本课程开发的以提升学生学习品质为目标的课程领导,成为当今教育研究的一个新兴领域。所谓课程领导,必须被理解为并不是在控制人,而是在引导人做出高层次的判断与自我管理,激励相关人员投入持续成长的生活方式。在实践中,我们感到园长的课程领导力是成功实施课程的保证。在具体的课程运作过程中,园长的课程领导力主要体现在以下三个方面。
With the deepening of curriculum reform, the traditional concept of curriculum management has gradually been replaced by the term of curriculum leadership. In particular, curriculum leadership based on school-based curriculum development, which aims at improving the learning quality of students, has become an emerging field of education research. The so-called curriculum leadership, must be understood not as controlling people, but to guide people to make high-level judgments and self-management, encourage relevant personnel to invest in a sustainable way of life. In practice, we feel that the head’s curriculum leadership is a guarantee of successful course implementation. In the course of the specific course of operation, the principal’s curriculum leadership is mainly reflected in the following three aspects.
