Starting from the GATT participation as one of the sponsors in 1947, India has become “veteran” in the world multilateral trade system. After years of practice and exploration, and constantly sum up the lessons of successful experience and failure, the Indian government now has mastered an increasingly sophisticated WTO strategy.
