After two years of hard work, Texas Machine Tool Plant, a key player in the production of various kinds of lathes and deep-hole processing machine tools, officially established Shandong Delong (Group) Machine Tool Co., Ltd. recently. Texas Delong (Group) is made up of Texas Machine Tool Factory with effective asset investment holding, government funded equity participation and absorption of internal employee stocks. The total share capital is 69,200,000 yuan, of which Dezhou Machine Tool Plant contributed 58.20 million yuan, accounting for 84.1% of the total capital stock. The government has invested 5.06 million yuan, accounting for 7.3% of the total share capital. The internal employees of the company have invested 5.94 million yuan in the total share capital.
