在第三代移动通信系统中用户终端(简称为UE)在空闲模式下的能源消耗是一个很重要的研究方面。文中基于这一研究以及为了克服传统方法中无论服务小区的质量如何,DSP总是要周期性地向协议栈的RRC发送更新的测量值,周期性地“唤醒”ARM的弊端,提出了一种在服务小区通信质量保持良好的情况下,DSP不必唤醒ARM上传测量值,以降低UE在空闲模式下能源消耗的新方法。此方法已经证明具有很高的实用和参考价值。
In the third generation mobile communication system, the energy consumption of the user terminal (abbreviated as UE) in idle mode is a very important research aspect.
