采用简单的液体模型,得到了容量因子k′与溶质溶剂的分子参数之间的理论关系。从这个理论方程可知不同表面积硅胶上的两种线性关系,即:不同溶质在不同表面积硅胶上k′值对数之间线性关系及溶质k′值的对数和表面积的对数之间线性关系。我们用不同表面积YWG-5微粒硅胶,用自制的高压液相色谱仪,以庚烷做冲洗剂,测定了芳烃卤代物、芳香醚、芳香酯等溶质的k′值。实验得到的线性关系与理论预测是一致的。
Using a simple liquid model, the theoretical relationship between the capacity factor k ’and the molecular parameters of the solute solvent is obtained. From this theoretical equation, we know that there are two linear relationships between different surface areas of silica gel: the linear relationship between the logarithm of k ’values for different solutes on different surface areas of silica gel and the logarithm of solute k’ value and the logarithm of surface area . We used different surface area of YWG-5 silica particles, using a homemade high-pressure liquid chromatography with heptane as a flushing agent, measured aromatic halogenated products, aromatic ethers, aromatic esters and other solute k ’value. The experimental linear relationship is consistent with the theoretical prediction.
