为了全面贯彻《食品卫生法》和《学校卫生工作条例》,加强学生集体用餐卫生监督管理,预防学生集体食物中毒事故的发生,确保学生饮食卫生安全,我们于1998年10月14日～16日对腾州市辖区内各类中小学、大中专院校、技工学校、幼儿园等食堂饮食卫生状况进行了一次全面的卫生状况调查,现将调查结果报告如下:
