植物在γ射线作用下,多数遗传性状的变异性均有增加。这是由于诱发了大量微突变的缘故,这些微突变往往决定着株高、产量等有益性状。试验以(137_~Cs γ射线播前处理羽扇豆484和4的风干种子,照射量分别为5、10、20、35、45千伦和5、10、15、20、25千伦。每个处理在M_2代各选300株形态上无变异的植椽,收获种子按家系播种。M_3代每一处理随机取5%家系,对株高、豆荚数、籽粒数等进行了分析。每一家系测试10株,数据用变量分析处理。
Under the action of γ-rays, the variability of most genetic traits has been increased.
