目的 进一步推进大学生心理健康教育工作的针对性和时效性,探索音乐艺术类大学生心理健康教育机制.方法 采用心理测量法,对近十年(2011~2020)某音乐院校7 377例大学生的症状自评量表(SCL-90)大数据进行整合,分析与研究音乐艺术类学生心理特点、服务需求及成因.结果 音乐艺术类大学生心理问题发生率和严重程度均呈上升趋势,心理健康水平优于全国常模和国内正常人群.影响音乐艺术类大学生心理健康的突出问题是强迫症状、人际关系敏感、焦虑.音乐艺术类大学生心理健康状况存在性别、年级和专业类别差异.结论 基于音乐艺术类大学生心理健康总体状况及其需求特点,并结合深层次原因分析,提出“1+2+3+4+5”音乐艺术类大学生心理健康特色育人模式.“,”Objective In order to promote the pertinence and timeliness of college students\'\' mental health education, and explore the mechanism of mental health education for music and art college students. Methods A total of 7 377 college students in a conservatory of music in recent ten years(2011-2020) were surveyed with symptom check list-90 (SCL-90) to analyze their psychological characteristics, service needs and causes. Results The incidence and severity of psychological problems of music and art college students are on the rise, and the level of mental health is better than the national norm and the domestic normal population. The prominent problems affecting the mental health of music and art college students are obsessivecompulsive symptoms, interpersonal sensitivity and anxiety. There are gender, grade and major differences in the mental health of music and art college students. Conclusion Based on the overall situation and demand characteristics of music and art college students\'\' mental health, and combined with the deep-seated cause analysis, this paper puts forward the “1+2+3+4+5” characteristic education mode of music and art college students\'\' mental health.
