本文介绍了在HM-339型高温金相显微镜上另行附装的专门设计的低温台。该台的结构简单,成本极低。采用干冰酒精溶液及液氮作致冷剂,被观察试样的最低温度分别可达到-55℃和-90℃。还可将试样连续加热至+300℃。测温的温度误差为±1%。该仪器加入低温台后,在不影响原有功能的情况下,有效地扩大了应用范围,具有一机多用的特点。
This article presents a specially designed low temperature stage attached separately to the HM-339 High Temperature Microscope. The station’s structure is simple, the cost is very low. Using dry ice alcohol solution and liquid nitrogen as the refrigerant, the minimum temperature of the sample to be observed can reach -55 ℃ and -90 ℃. The sample can also be continuously heated to + 300 ° C. The temperature error is ± 1%.
