课题组对三所高等职业院校新生和毕业生人际交往能力进行了调查,在此基础上分析了高职院校学生人际交往现状,从学校、社会、家庭三个方面分析了原因,并提出了五项教育建议:一是开展丰富多彩的校园文化活动,搭建人际交往与沟通的平台;二是开设相关课程,强化学生人际交往和沟通的能力;三是通过让学生积极参与各种活动来提高其人际交际的能力;四是通过开展朋辈教育,提高学生人际沟通的能力;五是加强对学生实习的管理和毕业学生跟踪调查。
