自《档案法》实施以来,湖北省人行系统的档案管理工作,在省行的领导下,依法治档、强化管理、升级达标,不断加强档案业务建设力度,努力实现微机管理,积极开发档案信息资源和编研利用工作,在金融宏观决策和内部管理工作中发挥了重要作用。1990年省行机关档案管理达到省一级标准。91年、92年、94年分别被授予湖北省和全国人行系统先进集体。全省人行系统档案管理升级截止1993年底,全省86个行除神农架林区支行无办公用房未能升级外,其他85个行按照逐级晋升的原则已全部达标,其中省一级75个,占87％。其主要作法是: 一、深入持久开展《档案法》学习宣传教育,不断增强全员档案意识和法制观念,依法治档。几年来,在深入学习、宣传《档案法》时,注意结合实际,加强档案法制建设。广泛宣传学习《档案法》,利用《湖北金融》、《金
