我院建筑工程系引进并研制的TT-92型锅炉节能除灰剂,是由主料硝酸钠、硝酸铵强氧化剂与催化剂、气体接触剂、碱性金属缓蚀剂等辅料组成。其强氧化剂在高温下产生离散型冲击波反应,使沉积灰垢脱落,由于除掉灰垢使之能保持良性热交换,故可节能。其金属缓蚀剂和反应生成的金属阳离子可长期附在管壁表面受热处,故能保护金属受热不蚀腐,延长锅炉寿命。
The TT-92 boiler energy-saving ash remover introduced and developed by our institute’s architectural engineering department consists of main materials such as sodium nitrate and ammonium nitrate strong oxidants and catalysts, gas contactors, alkaline metal corrosion inhibitors and other accessories. The strong oxidizer generates a discrete shock wave reaction at a high temperature, which causes the deposited ash to fall off. Since the ash is removed so that it can maintain a good heat exchange, it can save energy. The metal corrosion inhibitor and the metal cation generated by the reaction can be attached to the heated surface of the pipe wall for a long time, so it can protect the metal from corrosion and prolong the service life of the boiler.
