研究了两系法亚种间杂交稻“两优培九”灌浆期上位 3叶及茎鞘内储存物对结实率及籽粒产量的作用 ,并通过调节源、库比例以探讨较高结实率所需的适宜叶粒比。结果表明 ,茎鞘内储存物和剑叶光合产物对结实率及籽粒产量的贡献率最大 ,提高出穗前的灌浆物质储备和维持灌浆期剑叶的功能对籽粒的形成最为重要。两优培九的群体叶粒比为 1.6~ 1.7厘米 2 /粒、每平方米群体总颖花量为 4.8× 10 4时较易获得 90 %的结实率和 11.0~11.6 t/hm2的产量水平。
The effect of the upper three leaves and the storage in the stem and sheath on the seed setting rate and grain yield of the two-line subspecies hybrid rice “Liangyoupeijiu” during grain filling stage was studied. By adjusting the ratio of source and sink to explore the suitable Leaf ratio. The results showed that photosynthetic products stored in stems and sheaths and flag leaf photosynthetic products had the greatest contribution to seed setting rate and grain yield. It was most important to improve the grain filling before storage and to maintain the function of flag leaves during grain filling. The leaf-grain ratio of Liangyoupeijiu was 1.6-1.7 cm 2 / grain, and the total grain yield per spike was 4.8 × 10 4. The 90% seed setting rate and the yield of 11.0-11.6 t / hm 2 were easily obtained.
