本文对妇幼卫生服务影响因素进行了分析。结果表明,大多数的乡村医生需要在妇幼卫生服务的知识和技能方面进行短期的培训,而且领导对妇幼卫生服务的关心、乡村医生报酬的解决,改善卫生室条件和增加女乡村医生的比例是十分重要的。
