目的：探讨多肿瘤抑制基因１（ＭＴＳ１）对卵巢癌细胞系增殖的影响．方法：绘制细胞生长曲线图，比较卵巢癌细胞系ＨＯ－８９１０（无ｐ１６基因的表达）与８９１０－ｐ１６（转染ｐ１６基因）、８９１０－ｐｃＤＮＡ３（转染空载体ｐｃＤＮＡ３）的生长特性；采用３Ｈ－ＴｄＲ掺入实验比较３种细胞的ＤＮＡ合成情况．结果：８９１０－ｐ１６细胞在转染ｐ１６基因后其增殖特性受到抑制，ＤＮＡ的合成也随之降低，而８９１０－ｐｃＤＮＡ３与ＨＯ－８９１０间无明显差异．结论：多肿瘤抑制基因１（ＭＴＳ１）能抑制卵巢癌细胞系的增殖．
Objective: To investigate the effect of multiple tumor suppressor gene 1 (MTS1) on the proliferation of ovarian cancer cell lines. Methods: The cell growth curve was drawn and the growth characteristics of ovarian cancer cell line HO-8910 (without p16 gene expression) and 8910-p16 (transfected with p16 gene) and 8910-pcDNA3 (transfected with empty vector pcDNA3) were compared. 3H- -TdR incorporation experiments comparing DNA synthesis of three kinds of cells. Results: The proliferation of 8910-p16 cells was inhibited after transfected with p16 gene and the DNA synthesis was also decreased. However, there was no significant difference between 8910-pcDNA3 and HO-8910 cells. Conclusion: Multiple tumor suppressor gene 1 (MTS1) inhibits the proliferation of ovarian cancer cell lines.
