从超临界锅炉试运及投运后的运行情况看,异物堵塞容易造成锅炉短期过热爆管的。其爆管部位多发生在高温过热器、屏式过热器、高温再热器入口联箱的中部区域管屏。为此从结构上简要分析了异物堵塞引起的过热爆管原因,提出了防止锅炉异物堵塞爆管的技术措施:锅炉调试吹管后应进行检查,包括检查部位、方法、要点等,以及要求锅炉减温器在安装前、吹管后,对减温器混合管衬垫进行检查、清理。建议锅炉制造厂在联箱中部增加手孔,保留屏式过热器进口小联箱检查孔,增设屏式过热器进口汇集联箱检查孔;进一步完善制造工艺和严格执行制造工艺要求,加强质量控制,防止异物进入锅炉受热面。
