采用地高辛标记的 Epstein-Barr(EB)病毒编码的 RNAs(EBERs)检测了127例头颈肿瘤组织标本。结果显示35例低分化鼻咽癌 EBERs 阳性检出率为94%,5例高分化鼻咽癌组织中2例 EBERs阳性,3例未分化鼻咽癌中2例 EBERs 阳性,证明 EBV 不仅与低分化和未分化鼻咽癌有关,也与高分化鼻咽癌有关。在慢性鼻咽炎及声带息肉的上皮细胞中未能检测到 EBERs。检测的69例其他头颈恶性肿瘤组织标本中有35例存在 EBERs,阳性率为51%,其中喉癌、下咽癌和恶性淋巴瘤组织中 EBERs 阳性率比其他头颈肿瘤高,分别为65%,42%和47%。研究证明,EBV 不仅存在于鼻咽癌组织细胞中,也存在于其他头颈肿瘤组织中;EBV 不仅感染淋巴细胞,而且也能感染上皮细胞。
Digoxigenin-labeled Epstein-Barr (EB)-encoded RNAs (EBERs) were used to detect 127 head and neck tumor tissue specimens. The results showed that the positive rate of EBERs in 35 cases of poorly differentiated nasopharyngeal carcinoma was 94%, 2 cases of EBERs were positive in 5 cases of highly differentiated nasopharyngeal carcinoma, 2 cases of EBERs were positive in 3 cases of undifferentiated nasopharyngeal carcinoma, which proved that EBV was not only low Differentiated and undifferentiated nasopharyngeal carcinomas are also associated with highly differentiated nasopharyngeal carcinoma. EBERs have not been detected in epithelial cells of chronic nasopharyngitis and vocal cord polyps. Among the 69 specimens of other head and neck malignancies, EBERs were present in 35 specimens. The positive rate was 51%. The positive rate of EBERs in laryngeal, hypopharyngeal, and malignant lymphoma tissues was 65% higher than that of other head and neck tumors. 42% and 47%. Studies have shown that EBV exists not only in the cells of nasopharyngeal carcinoma but also in other head and neck tumors; EBV not only infects lymphocytes, but also can infect epithelial cells.
