目的分析合浦县近年食品安全风险监测结果,了解食品污染状况,为食品安全管理提供科学依据。方法2013年-2015年对合浦县食品流通和餐饮服务环节随机抽取样品,按相关的食品安全国家标准中规定的程序和方法检测。结果共采集24类895份样品,总合格率为78%。其中监测化学污染物18类453份样品,合格率为85%,合格率低的样品主要有水产加工品和米粉,二氧化硫含量超标严重;监测微生物污染物13类442份样品,合格率为72%;合格率低的样品主要为熟肉制品,菌落总数、大肠菌群超标严重。2013年-2015年化学污染物和微生物污染物合格率比较差异有统计学意义(χ~2值分别为36.88、27.28,P<0.05)。结论合浦县食品总体合格率不高,化学和微生物污染比较普遍,相关部门应加强食品监测力度确保食品安全。
Objective To analyze the results of food safety risk monitoring in Hepu County in recent years, understand the status of food contamination and provide a scientific basis for food safety management. Methods From 2013 to 2015, we randomly selected samples from food distribution and foodservice links in Hepu County and tested them according to the procedures and methods prescribed in the relevant national food safety standards. Results A total of 24 samples of 895 samples were collected, with a total pass rate of 78%. Among them, 453 samples of 18 categories of chemical pollutants were monitored with a pass rate of 85%. Samples with low pass rates mainly include aquatic products and rice noodles with excessive sulfur dioxide content; 442 samples of 13 types of microbial pollutants were monitored with a pass rate of 72% The samples with low pass rate are mainly cooked meats, with the total number of colony and coliform exceeding the standard. The qualified rates of chemical pollutants and microbial pollutants in 2013-2015 were significantly different (χ ~ 2 values were 36.88,27.28, P <0.05). Conclusion Hepu County, the overall pass rate of food is not high, chemical and microbial contamination is more common, the relevant departments should strengthen food monitoring efforts to ensure food safety.
