用新生小牛肝中提取的肝细胞刺激物质(HSS)处理CCl_4实验性肝纤维化的大鼠。结果发现HSS预防组和治疗组的肝组织羟脯氨酸含量明显低于病理对照组(P<0.01),血清白蛋白水平,HSS预防组高于其它各组(P<0.05),肝组织内的变性坏死及纤维组织增生,HSS预防组及治疗组也较病理对照组为轻(P<0.05)。说明HSS具有减缓肝纤维化,提高血清白蛋白的作用,可能与HSS刺激肝细胞再生、选择性增加胶原降解有关。
Rats with CCl 4 experimental liver fibrosis were treated with hepatocyte stimulating substance (HSS) extracted from neonatal calf liver. The results showed that the content of hydroxyproline in liver tissue of HSS prevention group and treatment group was significantly lower than that of pathological control group (P <0.01), serum albumin level was higher in HSS prevention group than in other groups (P <0.05) Of degeneration and necrosis and fibrosis, HSS prevention group and treatment group than the pathological control group was lighter (P <0.05). HSS has been shown to reduce liver fibrosis and increase serum albumin, HSS may stimulate liver cell regeneration, selective increase in collagen degradation.
