教师教学反思的过程,是教师借助行动研究,不断探讨与解决教学目的、教学工具和自身方面的问题,不断提升教学实践的合理性,不断提高教学效益和教科研能力,促进教师专业化的过程,也是教师直接探究和解决教学中的实际问题,不断追求教学实践的合理性,全面发展的过程。反思对于教师成长是极其重要的。在通过聆听专家讲座、个人研修以及教学实践的基础上总结出反思应包含的五点内容。
