作为现代技术支柱之一的转基因技术,社会公众态度不一。在湖北、浙江、重庆等省市实地调查数据的基础上,通过结构方程模型分析,发现制度信任直接决定转基因技术的公众接纳程度;且制度信任通过影响风险感知间接影响转基因技术的公众接纳。为了改善转基因技术的公众接纳程度,可以从三个方面入手:一是构建充分可靠的转基因技术信息传播平台,提升公众的科学素养;二是重构制度信任,促进专家—公众双向沟通机制的良性运行;三是加强管理,提高监督水平,引导公众的风险感知。
As one of the pillars of modern technology, the public has different attitudes toward GM technology. Based on the field survey data in Hubei, Zhejiang and Chongqing, we found that institutional trust directly determines the degree of public acceptance of genetically modified technology through institutional equation modeling. And institutional trust indirectly affects the public acceptance of genetically modified technology by affecting risk perception. In order to improve the public acceptance of genetically modified technology, we can start from three aspects: First, to build a reliable platform for gene information technology to promote public scientific literacy; second, to reconstruct system trust and promote the virtues of expert-public two-way communication mechanism Run; Third, strengthen management, raise the level of supervision, and guide the public’s risk perception.
