在冶金矿山机修厂中,加工备件种类繁多,其中也有一类大工件,其重量与规格均超出现有机床工作台的允许限度,在小设备上解决这一类大工件的加工,我们摸索到一种称为消重法的工艺方案。我矿自制的Q11-12.5×2000剪板机,其中所有大工件,如,左、右侧体(规格:1973×1328×369;重量:1100公斤),方简(规格:300~2×2504;重量:640公斤)等,其加工部位均在边角与端部,就是采用消重法的配合,在x62w铣床与650牛头刨床上完成的,其加工质量与正常状态相同。消重法的依据是重力分解法,主要配合件为消重支架,其作用是承担超重和消除工件偏心力矩,
