采用２种疗法治疗老年糖尿病６０例。结果发现，口服降糖药物加脉栓通（Ｖｅｄｒｉｎ）静点组疗效优于口服降糖药物组（Ｐ＜０．０５），并可减少口服降糖药物剂量。推断老年糖尿病的部分原因是胰腺缺血所致，此疗法为综合治疗老年糖尿病提供了一种新方法。
Treatment of 60 cases of senile diabetes with two kinds of therapy. The results showed that oral hypoglycemic drugs plus verapamil (Vedrin) point group is better than the oral hypoglycemic drugs group (P <0.05), and can reduce the dose of oral hypoglycemic agents. Part of the reason for inferring diabetes mellitus is due to pancreatic ischemia, which provides a new method for the comprehensive treatment of senile diabetes.
