本文介绍的有机电致发光数字钟表是清华大学研制的实用新型专利,它包括显示屏和钟控集成电路。显示屏由基片、阳极、有机材料和阴极等组成,四者依次相互叠压。钟控集成电路由芯片U1、电源VCC和校时按钮S1等组成,与基片相联。该钟表属主动发光,不存在视角问题,既可在白天使用,又可在夜晚使用。通过对显示屏有机材料的选择,发光数字可实现红、蓝、绿各种颜色。
