本文对我国中小型民营企业所存在的薪酬管理问题进行了理性的思考,指出阻碍中小型民营企业发展的薪酬管理问题主要在于薪酬理念的落后,薪酬机制的不健全,薪酬结构的片面性以及盲目跟风,套用不适合自身企业现状的薪酬模式这几个方面。文章全面地对以上几个方面进行了阐述与论证,并对解决这些民营企业薪酬问题给出了自己的建议。
This paper makes a rational reflection on the remuneration management problems existing in small and medium-sized private enterprises in our country. It points out that the problems of remuneration management that hinder the development of small and medium-sized private enterprises lie in the backwardness of remuneration concept, the imperfect remuneration system, the one-sidedness of remuneration structure and blindly follow suit , Apply the salary pattern that is not suitable for the status quo of their own enterprises in these aspects. The article comprehensively elaborates and argues the above aspects, and gives its own suggestions on how to solve these private-enterprise pay problems.
