用蒸汽相沉析法和液相沉析法分别制备了两类高孔隙率的聚丙烯腈 (PAN)微孔膜 .用扫描电子显微镜对微孔膜的形态进行了观察 ,发现前者为均匀的蜂窝状结构 ,而后者则具有不对称的三层次结构 .又用这两类微孔膜分别制备了两个系列的微孔型PAN电解质 .电性能测试表明前者的室温电导率较高 ,可以达到 4×10 - 3 S cm ,后者的电导率则相对较低 .微孔膜本身诸因素对微孔型PAN电解质电导率的影响顺序为微孔膜结构—孔隙率—微孔孔径
Two types of polyacrylonitrile (PAN) microporous membranes with high porosity were prepared by vapor phase precipitation and liquid-phase deposition respectively.The morphologies of the microporous membranes were observed by scanning electron microscopy and found that the former was uniform Honeycomb structure, while the latter has an asymmetric three-layer structure.These two types of microporous membranes were prepared respectively two series of microporous PAN electrolyte.Electrical performance tests show that the former room temperature conductivity is higher, you can achieve 4 × 10 -3 S cm, and the conductivity of the latter is relatively low.The order of the influence of the microporous membrane itself on the conductivity of the microporous PAN electrolyte is the microporous membrane structure - porosity - micropore size
