目的:探讨低剂量螺旋 CT 在儿童鼻窦病变诊断中的应用价值。方法选取86例鼻窦病变患儿,均进行螺旋 CT 扫描检查,采用计算机随机分成观察组(低剂量组)和对照组(常规剂量组),各43例,对扫描后的图像质量进行定性和定量比较,并对 CT 容积剂量指数(CTDIvol)和剂量长度乘积(DLP)进行比较。结果二组的图像质量主观评价差异无统计学意义( P >0.05),图像噪声值(SD)及对比噪声比(CNR)比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),均能满足鼻窦病变的诊断;观察组 CTDIvol 和 DLP 值均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论低剂量螺旋 CT 可对儿童鼻窦病变进行正常诊断,且不影响图像的质量,同时可降低患儿辐射剂量,更加安全可靠,值得临床推广应用。“,”Objective To explore the application value of low - dose spiral CT in the diagnosis of sinus le‐sions in children .Methods All of the 86 patients with sinus diseases in children were examined by spiral CT .All the patients were randomly divided into observation group (low dose group) and control group (conventional dose group) ,and the quality of the scanned images was qualitatively and quantitatively com ‐pared with that of the control group (n= 43) .And the CT volume volumetric dose index (CTDIvol) and the dose length product (DLP) were compared .Results There was no significant difference between the two groups in the subjective evaluation of image quality (P> 0 .05) ,the image noise value (SD) and the contrast noise ratio (CNR) were not significantly different ,both of which satisfied the diagnosis of sinus lesions (P > 0 .05) .And DLP values were significantly lower in the observation group than the control group (P< 0 .05) .Conclusion Low - dose spiral CT can be normal diagnosis of children with sinus le‐sions ,and does not affect the image quality ,while reducing the radiation dose in children ,more safe and reliable ,worthy of clinical popularization and application .
