Clinically often encounter some people intend to take a variety of sleeping pills at the same time in order to achieve the purpose of poisoning. To tie in with clinical diagnosis and treatment, we have designed several combinations of several sleeping pills at the same time to establish qualitative and quantitative methods. This test on the simultaneous oral administration of methamphetamine and diazepam plasma concentrations of drug determination methods were studied. The UV absorption spectra of methaqualone and diazepam and acidic aqueous solutions overlap each other. Without pretreatment, the determination of the respective contents by classical UV spectrophotometry will produce positive interference. The author applied the principle of dual-wavelength spectrophotometry in the single-wavelength spectrophotometer, respectively, while the two
