对工程机械用2205双相钢板进行了非熔化极惰性气体钨极保护焊和热处理,研究了不同焊接工艺参数和热处理制度下焊接接头的焊缝组织、常温拉伸性能和慢应变应力腐蚀性能。结果表明:不同焊接工艺参数下焊接接头的抗拉强度和断后伸长率均低于母材,其中焊接电流100 A、焊接电压16 V、钨极直径3 mm、氩气流量17 L/min时,焊接接头的力学性能相对较高;在3.5%氯化钠溶液中,550℃×1 h热处理后Ar+2%N_2保护气下的焊接接头的抗拉强度和断后伸长率高于Ar保护气氛下的焊接接头,且断裂时间也相对较长。
The 2205 dual-phase steel plate for construction machinery was subjected to non-melting inert gas tungsten arc welding and heat treatment. The weld microstructure, room temperature tensile properties and slow strain stress corrosion resistance of welded joints under different welding parameters and heat treatment systems were studied. The results show that the tensile strength and elongation at break of the welded joint under different welding parameters are lower than that of the base metal.
